About North Florida Citrus Nursery

Affordable Fruit Trees, Grown with Care

North Florida Citrus Nursery was established in 2012 in Bell, Florida, and for years operated primarily as a wholesale supplier for citrus groves. In 2024, the nursery was acquired by Austin, who shifted the focus toward retail and online customers while expanding the variety of fruit trees available.

For Austin, farming isn’t just a business, it’s a lifelong passion. His journey started in second grade with a simple packet of sugar snap pea seeds from Ms. Thomas, which he grew proudly in his yard. From there, he spent his teenage years working on fruit farms, market gardens, and even traveling to Hawaii to study permaculture and farming practices. Those experiences instilled a deep respect for the land, the plants, and the people who grow them.

Our Mission

We believe everyone should have access to healthy, high-quality fruit trees at fair prices. Too often, rare or desirable plants are sold at inflated prices that put them out of reach. After paying $180 for a loquat tree, Austin knew he wanted to do things differently. That’s why our trees are typically priced 25–30% lower than competitors, so you can plant more, without overpaying.

Why Choose Us

Healthier Trees: Grown outside the traditional citrus belt, our trees face fewer pests and diseases, including citrus greening.

Fair Pricing: We’re committed to affordability and honesty, no one should feel ripped off when buying a tree.

Quality Selection: From classics like Valencia and Hamlin oranges to unique varieties like Shiranui Sumo, we offer a diverse lineup.

Easy Access: Wholesale or retail, we make it simple to pick the right tree, with no minimum order for licensed nurseries.
