The Vernia Orange (also known as Verna) is a late-season sweet orange of Spanish origin, prized for its elongated fruit shape, excellent juice quality, and ability to hold on the tree for a prolonged harvest window. It matures later than most sweet oranges, providing fresh fruit well into spring and early summer when other varieties have finished.
At North Florida Citrus Nursery, our Vernia Orange trees deliver reliable late-season production with classic sweet orange flavor and good keeping quality. They are an outstanding choice for extending your home harvest and enjoying fresh oranges over a longer period.
